Europa: isto começa mal

Com que autoridade se escolhe para Presidente Europeu um quase desconhecido que, não obstante poder ter tido um papel conciliatório positivo na multicéfala Bélgica, parece desprovido do espírito dos primeiros estadistas que deram início ao projecto Europeu?
